DE ZON P/L water tanks guaranteed for 10 years any defect or fault in our water tanks caused by the manufacturing process.
DE ZON P/L will repair or replace the tank at our option.

DE ZON P/L will not be responsible for associated cost such as removal, installation, labour, fittings, pipes and postage if required.
Any warranty claims require photos from the installation of bladder installed including overflow pipe work. This guarantee does not cover any defect if:
The purchaser does not properly prepare the tank site.
Damage is caused resulting from a modification to the tank not authorized in writing by DE ZON P/L. The tank is moved from its original site.
The tank is exposed to direct sunlight or a constant wet ground.
DE ZON P/L is not notified of any defects or faults within seven days of it occurring.
Malicious damage or neglect use of the tank or its fittings.
Abnormal external influences including but not limited to mechanical abrasion, piercing objects, explosion, fire, acts of war, chemicals or foreign substances.
This guarantee shall not be effective unless the complete warranty card is faxed to DE ZON Pty ltd within one month of date of purchase.
The guarantee does not apply to degradation from natural elements such as sun, rain, or ice.
This guarantee is additional to any mandatory conditions and warranty which may be implied by law.
